Michael has been a valued member of Pinnacle Alarm, LLC since 2010, and has led the organization from day one as a sister company to Tri-C Electric. In that time, Michael has increased the time to install and satisfaction of our customers by over 110 percent, allowing us to double the service area here in Arkansas.

Michael is a Licenced Electrician. His hands-on approach and calm manner has helped Pinnacle Alarm be the next up and coming local alarm company in Arkansas.  Michael and his team strive for great customer service and promise to deliver just that!

Sunny Smith

Office/ Sales Manager

Sunny has been with Pinnacle Alarm, LLC since 2015.  She administers all office matters.  Sunny is the one to contact if you have any questions about your billing, appointments, or any other adminstrative needs.  She brings great customer service, organization and a strong work ethic to our organization.
